From Tara

I provide psychotherapy under the supervision of Jody Copeland. I am passionate and thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with amazing clients and continue to learn and grow alongside the team of professionals at the clinic.

My interest in the helping profession was sparked at the University of Toronto during an unexpected detour while attending a lecture on youth issues. This experience prompted me to shift my academic focus from science to psychology, and I’ve been privileged since then to accumulate vast knowledge working with youth and families.
I offer a warm and empathetic approach to help you feel welcomed and heard.

I believe a problem shared is a problem halved. Being healthy means nurturing our spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. People appreciate my honesty and genuineness, and it is important to me that I act with integrity.

I meet clients where they are walking alongside them to get them where they want to be. By using evidence-based approaches of CBT and SFT I support clients in using inner resources to heal and grow.

We all have a purpose and I hope to assist you in finding your spark!

I am honoured that you have chosen me to share the more intimate details of your lived experiences.
Till we meet be kind to yourself.
